Our client had a Phase 2 carried out on their property due to a pending sale.
As a result of the Phase 2, it was discovered that the oil/water separator had failed and contaminants were under the floor slab, footings, and on the exterior of the building.
Priority carried out the required excavation and structural underpin work, removing the contaminated soils.
48" diameter concrete tubes were poured to a depth of 9 feet below the footings.
Geotechnical and structural requirements were achieved.
Reinstatement involved replacing underground power, communication, water, sewer, and storm services.
Proper delineation of the required remediation area, a well planned work schedule, and experienced Priority personnel, allowed the remediation and reinstatement to take place before the pending sale closure date.
